ลักษณะของ 1KByte Memory Sector และ Block

• Sector 0~3 : อ่าน / เขียนข้อมูลโดย Sector Unit (Max.48Byte)
• Sector 4~15 : เขียนข้อมูลโดย Block Unit และอ่านข้อมูลโดย Sector Unit

4 KByte: Consist of 32 Sectors and 4 Blocks per Each Sector(Sec.0~31)
              Consist of 8 Sectors and 16 Blocks per Each Sector(Sec.32~39)

ลักษณะของ 4KByte Memory Sector และ Block

• Sector 0~3 : อ่าน / เขียนข้อมูลโดย Sector Unit (Max.48Byte)
