Silver halide photo book features

• All silver halide photo books are professionally bound and printed on archival-quality photo paper of KODAK.
• Image quality is excellent.
• Maximum page excluding cover is 38 for softcover, and 36 for hardcover.

Tanabutr's Softcover Photo Books

1. You can place photos in back side of the cover.
2. Binding type is lay-flat binding. So, you don't lose the image in the center of the book.
3. Available product sizes are 4x5.5", 6x5.5", 8x5.5" , 6x8", 8x8" and 12x8".

Tanabutr's Hardcover Photo Books

1. Hardcover with highest level of finishing.
2. Cover with flap.  You can add text and images on the flap.
3. You can not place photos in back side of the cover.
4. Binding type is perfect binding. You lose the image in the center of the book when you place an image spread across two pages.
5. Available product sizes are A4, A3 land scape and 30x30 cm.

Designing for print

Softcover

• When you add your pictures to Tanabutr creative maker software, make sure your pictures are on your PC's hard drive (not on your DVD or on your external hard drive).
• Any objects in your artwork that touch the edges of the document require bleed, for instance a background colour or image should spread to cover the entire bleed area as should any objects that creep in from the side of the page.
• The document may be cut in the area from blue to black border due to printing and cutting error.
• Right side is front cover and left side is back cover in the cover design page.

Hardcover

• When you add your pictures to Tanabutr creative maker software, make sure your pictures are on your PC's hard drive (not on your DVD or on your external hard drive).
• Any objects in your artwork that touch the edges of the document require bleed, for instance a background colour or image should spread to cover the entire bleed area as should any objects that creep in from the side of the page.
• You should also add a margin to the edges of the document to avoid having your objects look as if they are about to fall of the page or even worse actually get cropped off when the document is trimmed.
• The document may be cut in the area from blue to black border due to printing and cutting error.
• Right side is front cover and left side is back cover in the cover design page.
