How to Order Over the Internet


Order and Payment method

In the case of using "Tanabutr Creative Printmaker Tanabutr Creative Printmaker"

You can order via internet using our free software "Tanabutr Creative Printmaker".

Payment method using the software is following.

  1. Pay upfront (Cash) at our store, then you can receive your order items at our store. 
  2. Pay upfront (Cash) at our store, then we make and ship your order items by EMS.
  3. Pay by your credit card through Pay-pal or pay through a bank transfer, we make your order items, then you can receive your order items at our store.    
  4. .Pay by your credit card through Pay-pal or pay through a bank transfer, we make and ship your order items by EMS.

In the case of using "Tanabutr Creative Photo", Illustrator or other softwares

  1. Send your file to Tanabutr via FTP, and send an e-mail including your name, address, order detail and file or folder names to photobook@tanabutr.co.th.
  2. We will confirm the status of your order and get back to you in 2 business days. Please reply to our confirmation e-mail.
  3. You can choose from 3 payment methods.　a. Pay upfront (Cash) at our store　b. Pay through a bank transfer c.Pay by your credit card through PayPal
  4. We will ship your order within 4 business days after receiving your payment, or you can receive your order items at our store.

How to send us files via FTP

Enter "ftp://www.tanabutr.co.th/" in the address bar of windows explorer and press "Enter" key on your keyboard. 

You can see folders like below.

There are 3 folders, upload_photobooks folder, upload_photos folder and upload_test folder.
To upload a file, simply drag a file or folder from it's original folder onto the folders in the window that is connected to our FTP server. Details of folders for upload are stated below.

  • upload_photobooks folder: For folders created by "Tanabutr creative photo"
  • upload_photos folder: For files or folders for photo printing or photo books designed by Tanabutr. Save files into one folder if you want to upload files, and upload a folder.
  • upload_test folder:For test upload.

Notes on order

  • Orders have been received after you reply to our confirmation e-mail.
  • When you make files using "Tanabutr creative photos", please make sure to input your name, e-mail address and phone number.
  • For photobooks designed by Tanabutr, please make a word file including your name, e-mail address, phone number, photobook size, number of pages and photobook title and uplaod to upload_photos folder.

Notes on FTP

  • You can not delete your uploaded files. In case upload is cancelled due to errors, please update again after change your folder name.
